Dr. Joseph Fiksel is a management scientist with a broad background in environmental and business strategy. Prior to founding Eco-Nomics, he served as Vice President for Life Cycle Management at Battelle, where he led the Corporate Sustainability practice as well as the Product Stewardship program. He has over twenty years of consulting experience in a variety of industries, including chemicals, electronics, automobiles, consumer products, and energy. He has published widely, and is a frequent invited speaker at industry and professional conferences. Currently he is Executive Director of the Center for Resilience at The Ohio State University.

Diane Guyse Fiksel, co-founder of Eco-Nomics, specializes in international sustainable development. Her experience includes directing a worldwide study of business decision practices, commissioned by Battelle and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Previously, she was Vice President for Strategic Marketing at Fidelity Investments. She has lived and studied in both India and China, and has traveled extensively abroad. With a combined MBA in Finance and MA in Anthropology, she strives to integrate the economic and cultural aspects of sustainable business strategies. In conjunction with her work, Diane is earning a Ph.D. degree in Sustainability from Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

Les B. Artman is an independent consultant, based in  Cleveland, Ohio. He retired in 2002 from Accenture where he was a Partner in the firm’s Supply Chain Strategy Practice.  He has spent 22 years in consulting and 7 years in industry helping companies improve their supply chain and operating capabilities. His experience encompasses a variety of industries including chemical, automotive, consumer products, building products, and retailing.  Les has published numerous articles, and has been a frequent invited speaker at professional meetings. He was a co-author of the GEMI report entitled "Forging New Links: Enhancing Supply Chain Value Through Environmental Excellence." Carol Clinton, P.E. is an independent consultant based in Dublin, Ohio. She is an environmental engineer with experience in a wide variety of settings: steel and petrochemicals manufacturing, regulatory agency, non-profit, consulting and academia. She co-authored a book on plastics recycling and helped found the Association of Ohio Recyclers. Carol specializes in streamlining Environmental, Health and Safety management systems, and aligning them with strategic goals using ISO 14001,  Responsible Care, or customized approaches. Kieran Sikdar is an independent consultant, working with companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to develop analysis and decision-making tools that integrate economic and environmental considerations. His capabilities include life cycle assessment, carbon footprint assessment, and industrial network modeling . He holds Masters’ degrees in Civil Engineering and Operations Research and a Bachelor’s degree with Honors and Distinction in Integrated Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University. Tad Dritz is an independent consultant based in Columbus, Ohio, with a successful track record of project management, situation analysis, market research, and fund-raising from both public and private sectors.  He has experience in green energy solutions and other segments of the cleantech sector, as well as life cycle assessment and sustainable business practices.  He holds an MBA and M.S. in Natural Resources and the Environment from the University of Michigan, as well as a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University.  Tad is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. Tom R. Tramm is an independent consultant based in Chicago, Illinois.
